Home By The Jetty may suspend or terminate your account and or your right to utilise the services made available through this website in the event that it determines or has reasonable grounds to suspect that you are in violation of the Site Terms.
Notwithstanding any of these site Terms and Conditions that may suggest otherwise, Home By The Jetty reserves the right, without notice and in its sole discretion, to terminate your right to use this website for any reason or no reason at all, and to block or prevent future access to and use of this website by you. In the event your right to use this website is terminated, these site Terms and Conditions shall still apply.

We currently accept Master Card, Visa and American Express. Credit card payments are secured by SSL, whcih encrypts all your data in transit to ensure secure online transactions.
On successful completion of the transaction you will receive a confirmation email.
By submitting a credit card number to Home By The Jetty you are representing and warranting that the credit card information you provide is valid, authentic, current, and one that you are authorised to use.
Unless Home By The Jetty agrees otherwise, all product orders must be paid for at the time of the order. If we are unable to process your credit card payment for your order that is accepted by us, then we may notify you of dishonour and cancel your order.
We may cancel any part of an order (including any orders that we have accepted) without any liability to you for that cancellation at anytime if
1. The requested products in that order are not available; or
2. There is an error in the price or the product description posted on the site in relation to the relevant product in that order; or
3. That order has been placed in breach of these terms and conditions.
If we do so, then we will endeavour to provide you with reasonable notice of that cancellation, and will not charge you for the cancelled order if we cancel it before the delivery date or if you are not at fault or in breach of these terms and conditions.
You may cancel an order (whether it is accepted by us or not):
1. Up to 24 hours after purchasing by contact Home By The Jetty. If so, a $5.00 cancellation and processing fee may apply to that cancellation
Exchanges, Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, it is possible to return the item(s) for exchange or refund. Items must be returned to us in saleable condition within 14 days of delivery with a copy of your receipt.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receipt. We are commonly able to process refunds in five working days.
Please note that we are not able to refund or dredit shipping charges and that we are only able to accept returns if the product is defective. This does not affect your statutory rights.
RISK OF LOSS
All missing or damaged shipments or items must be reported within 30 days of shipping to qualify for a replacement. Include a photo on the message.
We may offer promotional discount codes which may apply to any or certain purchases made through the Home By The Jetty website. Promotional codes are valid for a specific time period and cannot be used in conjuction with other promotional codes, including automated discounts at the shopping cart. If you use a promotional code to purchase a product, in which you later exchange or return, and the price has returned to normal, you will only be refunded the amount that you paid. Any further conditions of using the promotional codes will be specified at the time. Promotional codes have a limit of one use per customer and can only be redeemed online during the dates specified.
