Overview
Home By The Jetty has a no refund policy for incorrect choice of purchase or change of mind. We have a no refund policy on all items, unless it is damaged or faulty. If you wish to return and exchange an item, you must return your item within 14 days of purchase along with your proof of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not cover the cost of shipping your item back to our warehouse.
There are certain situations where only partial credits are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds / Credits
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit.
If you are approved, then your credit will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be credited or exchanged. Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
After Pay Returns & Refunds
We do not offer refunds for any orders paid via after pay.
Credit Notes
Credit notes will be issued as an online code if your return is approved, we will send you your online code via email. Credit notes are valid for three years.
Damaged Goods
If your item has been damaged during transit with the courier, please contact us with an image within 48hours. We will either send you a replacement, or offer a credit on your item.
If you believe your item is faulty please3 contact us within 48 hours of receiving your damaged goods.
Exchanges
We only replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@homebythejetty.com.au and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a credit to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
